Bella Grande is born from the world of Cofoco (Copenhagen Food Collective), one of Denmark’s most influential gastronomic groups. Based in Copenhagen, it now runs 18 restaurants across the city — from Copenhagen K to Vesterbro, Nørrebro and Islands Brygge.

Rooms with soul
The hotel’s 109 rooms are designed for true rest. There’s no cold minimalism or decorative overload. Instead, there are noble materials, warm palettes, soft lighting, parquet floors and beds as wide as they are inviting.

As mentioned earlier, there are no loud aesthetic statements — only visual whispers: soft upholstery, lamps that cast light like a caress, art that accompanies rather than imposes. Every corner invites you to linger.
Although its look is undoubtedly Instagram-worthy, Bella Grande doesn’t aim to be merely photographed — it wants to be lived. In an era dominated by design made for likes, that is a true act of honesty.

Sustainable hospitality
As part of Cofoco, which is committed to both quality and sustainability, the hotel embraces the same philosophy. It’s powered by solar energy from Cofoco’s own plant in Jutland and is part of the Eden Reforestation Projects, planting thousands of trees annually in degraded regions of Kenya.
Moreover, everything is sourced and managed with care — from the restaurant ingredients to the room textiles. Because here, caring for the guest means also caring for the planet we share.
