Travel guides about Barcelona and Madrid created by locals for locals and all those who want to avoid tourist traps and seek the authentic
CC/magazine’s first paper editorial project has been designed by CC/studio, and curated by Cecilia Camacho, Editor and Creative Director of CC/magazine and founder of CC/studio. Both include an exquisite selection of restaurants, bars, specialty cafes, bakeries, shops, museums and art galleries, hotels, souvenirs and unique places.

We’ve spent over 15 years living in these two incredible cities, and that’s why we felt the need to create these unconventional travel guides — born from experience, curiosity, and a deep affection for the places we now call home. They’re designed for locals who want to rediscover their city with fresh eyes and make the most of everything it has to offer, as well as for visitors looking to experience the full beauty and authenticity of Barcelona and Madrid. These guides aren’t just about places — they’re about atmospheres, hidden corners with soul, and stories that don’t always show up on maps but are what truly make these cities come alive. Because when experienced with calm and curiosity, both cities still have so much to reveal.
