El nombre del local no es casualidad, sino un homenaje a los antiguos due\u00f1os, <em>Celso y Manolo<\/em>, un par de hermanos asturianos que vinieron a Madrid en los a\u00f1os 70 y abrieron el <em>restaurante\u00a0Arg\u00fcelles<\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(no por el barrio, sino por el apellido de ambos), en la calle Libertad, n\u00famero 1.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ccmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/celso-y-manolo-tartar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-18837 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/ccmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/celso-y-manolo-tartar.jpg\" alt=\"celso-y-manolo-tartar\" width=\"960\" height=\"1254\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/celso-y-manolo-tartar.jpg 960w, https:\/\/ccmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/celso-y-manolo-tartar-230x300.jpg 230w, https:\/\/ccmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/celso-y-manolo-tartar-325x425.jpg 325w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Por ello, tras su jubilaci\u00f3n decidieron traspasarle el negocio a <em>Carlos Zamora<\/em> (Grupo Deluz&amp;C\u00eda y propietario de <em>La Carmencita<\/em>), quien le ha dado un toque \u00fanico, aunque manteniendo\u00a0la barra, el suelo de terrazo y dos de los platos insignia del desaparecido <em>Arg\u00fcelles<\/em>: la tortilla paisana y la fabada.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de que se trata de una tasca, <em>Celso y Manolo<\/em> va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y se ha coronado como un lugar imprescindible para tomar el aperitivo acompa\u00f1ado de un buen vermut del Montsant en un espacio con mucho estilo y lleno de\u00a0elementos de dise\u00f1o, carteles antiguos y apliques del estudio <em>Apparatus<\/em>, una barra de m\u00e1rmol multicolor espectacular (\u00a1de los a\u00f1os 50!) y taburetes de madera y cuero.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-29111 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ccmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/CELSO-Y-MANOLO-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3759\" height=\"4912\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/CELSO-Y-MANOLO-1.jpg 3759w, https:\/\/ccmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/CELSO-Y-MANOLO-1-230x300.jpg 230w, https:\/\/ccmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/CELSO-Y-MANOLO-1-768x1004.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ccmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/CELSO-Y-MANOLO-1-325x425.jpg 325w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 3759px) 100vw, 3759px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De su amplia carta\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0tama\u00f1o XXL, y que algunos clientes se llevan para enmarcar \u00a1ojo al dato! &#8211; destacar\u00edamos las rabas de Santander y las de alcachofas, las conservas naturales, el t\u00e1rtar de ternera al vodka Siderit Lacte (un vodka de Torrelavega Town, plata en los San Francisco Spirit Awards), sus incre\u00edbles aceitunas, la ensaladilla rusa en sus diferentes versiones, su arroz con verduras&#8230; y por supuesto: \u00a1sus tomates!<\/p>\n<p>El chulet\u00f3n de tomate es una locura, pero tambi\u00e9n sus otras preparaciones. Mmm&#8230; \u00a1Rico, rico! Para m\u00e1s inri, otro de sus fuertes es el servicio, muy atento y agradable.
