A place whose main purpose is to produce their own distillates \u2013 which are brewed, filtered in cold, re-distilled and fermented \u2013 from medicinal plants, sprouted live in this very space and that produce unique flavours and sensations.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>\u201cThe name comes from Igor Stravinsky. He said that he didn\u2019t make music for the past or the future.\u201d<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Located in a hidden corner, this bar already has a legion of loyal fans<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>of its homemade beverages. You have only to enter to feel that you are in scientific space due to its decor and the quantity of bottles that decorate its walls, but also to the distillery stills, volumetric flasks, glass jars full of macerations, circus mirrors, furniture etc&#8230;. As if that weren\u2019t enough..it also holds a secret in the interior space, a secret room behind the bar, which can be reserved for parties or drinking cocktails priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>In its menu, conceived by Norway\u2019s best cocktail expert and barman\u00a0<em>Antonio Naranjo\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 you won\u2019t find any type of cola drinks because, as I said, except the beer &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0which comes from an artisan distillery,- all the drinks are made in their artisanal manner. If you\u2019re Barcelona supporters I recommend that you try the\u00a0<em>Camp Nou<\/em>, a cocktail formulated by dill syrup, thyme and coriander distilled house gin, lime and chamomile tea or\u00a0<em>El Suculento<\/em>, which has tequila and mescal infused with coriander, pepper syrup and lime. Very surprising!<\/p>\n<p>The best option is to go and try them yourselves. The experience is well worth it. And oh!
